  1. Full Name (including middle name/s):
    Please enter your complete name as it appears in our records. This will help us verify your identity accurately.
  2. Student ID:
    Your unique student idetification number is crucila for us to locate your account promptly.
  3. Date of Birth (DoB):
    Enter your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY to further verify your identity.
  4. Programme:
    Specify the academic program you are currently enrolled in.
